An original M4 bayonet fighting knife guard marked M4 and made by Imperial - flaming bomb period 1944. The scabbard has the carrying hook and is marked M8 A1, but the scabbard is not from WW2. This knife was often carried strapped to the boot by U.S. paratroopers. The knife is in good condition.
