Shipping policy
In principle, the shipment of articles takes place within 5 working days after receipt of the full purchase amount. The prices of the articles do not include shipping costs. ​ The items are packaged correctly to prevent any damage. In the unlikely event that a package is damaged or lost during transport, we are not liable. All items are shipped at the buyer's own risk. ​
Without prejudice to the above, the delivery time stated by the seller does not create any obligations, so that exceeding the delivery time never entitles the other party to compensation, dissolution of the agreement or having third parties deliver what has been agreed. ​
If you buy multiple products and exceed the 10 kg shipment, we reserve the option to charge additional shipping costs.

Warranty
We offer a money back guarantee under the following conditions: This applies to items that War Collectors has offered as original, the scheme is valid if an item is returned to us within 14 days. ​ A notification must be made to us via warcollectorsnl@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
If this term is not adhered to, we consider a product as sold. ​ An item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was originally sent by us. The guarantee scheme lapses if an item is damaged or modified upon return. ​ Upon receipt of an item, we assess whether the item is still in exactly the same condition as originally packaged and shipped by us.
We will keep you informed of receipt and further processing. In case of return, any shipping costs are for the buyer.

Pricing
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price has been placed on an item, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

Law
All blank weapons and weapons and ammunition freely tradable according to Dutch law are only sold to persons aged 18 or older. When ordering blank weapons you declare that they are part of a collection.
